Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an onsite manager of a condominium association.
• Illinois Community Association Manager (CAM) License required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of accounting, budget preparation, and payroll systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience overseeing union personnel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with homeowners and residents.
