You will be stationed at promotional setups inside, outside, or near our 3rd party retail partners. Your mission is to engage with shoppers, build trust, and set qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. Use your knowledge to answer questions, highlight benefits, and ease concerns. Use your "conversational agility" to adapt to different people and tailor your approach. Work independently and with your team to hit daily targets and set appointments that stick. You will work in diverse environments—indoors and outdoors—so being ready for a little sun, wind, or rain is part of the adventure. This position does not involve managing social media accounts, running SEO campaigns, or analyzing Google Analytics data from a cubicle. It is an active, face-to-face role that requires interacting with people in the real world, not behind a screen. While you will be representing the brand, you won't be designing logos, creating flyers, or writing copy for advertisements. The focus is on executing the marketing strategy through direct engagement, rather than creating the visual assets. You are not responsible for closing the final sale, negotiating contracts, or managing the installation project. Your goal is to spark the initial interest and set the stage (the appointment) for the Sales Consultants to close the deal. Success in this role happens on-site—whether at a retail location, an event booth, or in the field. It requires being present, energetic, and visible to the public. We believe in rewarding hustle. Here is how we stack your paycheck: Reliable Base Pay: $20.00 per hour (paid semimonthly). Retail Demo Bonus: Earn a $35.00 bonus for every qualified in-home consultation you schedule that runs!. Commission: Score 0.5% commission on the total sale if your appointment results in a purchase. Events Cross-Training: Eligible marketers can also pick up "Event" shifts (fairs/home shows) where demos pay out at $25.00. Travel Perks: If you travel over 20 miles or 30 minutes to a shift, we reimburse your drive time and mileage. We want someone who shows up and "shows out".
