About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! The position involves meeting and/or exceeding the mutually agreed goals for success with Service, with details specific to each Service Contract. Responsibilities include coordination of Service Contract activities such as follow-up of order entry, order tracking and scheduling, reviewing layouts and drawings, and being the primary contact for updates and information flow that occurs in an accurate and timely manner for Service Contract orders. The role also involves assisting in developing and maintaining sales tools including surveys, reference lists, status updates, presentations, standard proposals, and technical guidelines. Additionally, the position requires maintaining sufficient data and reporting information as requested by the Manager of Business Development, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing functions within defined areas of responsibility effectively and efficiently, safeguarding corporate assets, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (4 years) from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in business with 3 years directly in a related field.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, willingness to learn, and work ethics with a customer focus.
  • Adequate systems knowledge to function effectively.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities sufficient to be an effective problem solver.
  • Demonstrated inter-personal skills to be an effective team member.
  • IBM compatible personal computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Access is a plus.

Responsibilities
