About The Position

As an On-Site Adventure Guide at Sage Lodge, you will be responsible for guiding guests on a variety of onsite adventures while ensuring their safety and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. You will engage with guests to inform them about the adventures offered and respond to inquiries and complaints to maintain favorable relations. This role requires ongoing communication with all departments to keep staff informed of updates and changes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of fly fishing and biking preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Guide guests on a variety of different onsite adventures
• Ensure the safety of guests and team members during adventures
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility
• Engage with guests and ensure they are aware of the adventures offered
• Respond to internal and external inquiries and complaints
• Maintain favorable guest and employee relations
• Communicate with all departments and ensure staff members are informed of updates and changes
• Perform additional duties as assigned
