About The Position

On-Set Medical Professionals EMTs, Paramedics, and Registered Nurses 2026 National Roster About The Set Medics The Set Medics provides on-set medical and safety support for film, television, commercial, and live event productions across the United States. Our role is practical and professional. We support productions by reducing risk, responding to incidents, and helping crews work safely in demanding environments. We work with medical professionals who are comfortable operating independently, communicating clearly, and showing up prepared. The Role We are accepting applications for our 2026 National Roster for EMTs, Paramedics, and Registered Nurses. Rostered providers support productions on a per-project basis. Most assignments are local, with some travel opportunities depending on experience, availability, and production needs. This is an independent contractor role. You accept work that fits your availability. What We Expect A current, unrestricted EMT, Paramedic, or RN license or certification Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage minor injuries, illness, and on-set assessments independently A professional, production-aware demeanor and clear communication with crew and department leadership Comfort working in fast-moving environments where schedules and conditions can change Required Equipment You must provide your own fully stocked BLS medical kit appropriate for on-set work. This includes, at a minimum: Vitals equipment Basic trauma supplies OTC medications Splinting and injury support supplies Technology We use a mobile platform for scheduling, documentation, and time tracking. A working smartphone and basic app proficiency are required.
