About The Position

We are looking for experienced apparel merchandisers with a passion for On! Founded in 2010, On is a Swiss shoe and performance clothing company that was created with the mission to change the world of running. At On, they believe incredible things happen when people move. As the brand rep, you will merchandise apparel and footwear, style mannequins and share your passion with store associates to build On brand excitement and drive sales. This supplement income opportunity involves supporting 1-3 locations. The locations have either a 2, or a 2.5, hour visit, twice a month. Requirements

• Passion for the On brand and the quality of On products
• Experience merchandising apparel
• Experience in a retail environment
• Friendly with the ability to build relationships quickly and nurture them
• Developed verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously
• Ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app and general comfort with technology
• A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0 or above, Android phones on version 10.0 or above)

Responsibilities

• Create stunning apparel displays by creating outfits that align with On's style and draw customers in
• Style and dress mannequins, curating a look that elevates On's presence in-store
• Merchandise footwear by product category & ensure displays meet brand guidelines
• Check inventory in stock room to ensure all styles are on the floor without overcrowding displays
• Commit to and manage your own work schedule of store visits in your assigned market
• Complete store visit reports, utilizing ThirdChannel's mobile app to gather and submit intel, excellent photos, and well-written summaries
