About The Position

Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring an On Premise Regional Account Manager. This person will lead the company's efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. The manager of National/ Regional accounts is responsible for achieving sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives. Requirements

Four-year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Alcohol Permit and Valid Driver's License
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems and Spreadsheet software, Diver reporting software and Social Media programs

Responsibilities

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer's expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Proactively leads a joint company- strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Maintain national/ regional account mandates
Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts.
Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Reports to On Premise Assistant Manager
Enlists the support of sales specialists, implantation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
Closely coordinates company executive and supplier involvement with customer management.
Works closely with District Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
