About The Position

The On-Premise Level 1 position at Buffalo Rock Company is responsible for the timely and accurate kitting of snacks, candy, and cold food, as well as managing product replenishment and reworking returned cases into inventory. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and food handling regulations, and the ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Ability to read product packaging and communicate in English.
• Physical ability to lift products up to 30 pounds repetitively and up to 50 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular and timely attendance to fulfill operational needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Accurately move products from stock to kitting containers within assigned zones.
• Replenish and rotate products as required.
• Pick assigned products according to quantities indicated by the Lightspeed system.
• Wrap completed pallets and move them to designated locations.
• Load trucks by hand or with a pallet jack as needed.
• Communicate with Leads and Supervisors regarding the status of the On-Premise dedicated system.
• Assist other kitting zones as necessary.
• Sort and dispose of damaged items, repack good products, and track damaged inventory.
• Operate the baler and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas of the warehouse.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and participate in food safety training.
• Complete assigned training curriculum for continuous self-improvement.
