The On-Flex Service Coordinator oversees and coordinates the repair process for Flexcar members, ensuring efficient service operations and a high-quality customer experience. This role blends operational coordination and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation under California law, including: Overtime for hours worked over 8 in a workday Double time for hours worked over 12 in a workday Overtime premiums for qualifying seventh consecutive workdays

Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfort working within technology-driven operations and ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry tools or materials up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the repair process for Flexcar vehicles at hubs and via mobile services
  • Communicate proactively with members regarding repair timelines and status updates
  • Deliver a professional and efficient on-site customer experience
  • Coordinate with repair and parts teams to ensure readiness for scheduled appointments
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and clarify service details in advance
  • Oversee servicing of tow-in vehicles and maintain member communication
  • Monitor mobile service productivity and support efficient route scheduling
  • Support service advisors to ensure timely case completion
  • Use internal operational systems to track service tickets and assignments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timekeeping records
  • Safeguard company vehicles, property, and customer information
  • Comply with Cal/OSHA safety standards and company policies
