About The Position

As an independent contractor with Omni Interactions, you will work from home providing customer service to various clients. This role allows you to set your own schedule and earn money by supporting clients through phone, chat, and ticketing systems. The position requires a quiet and secure work environment and specific technology and equipment to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted).
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed.
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS).
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed.
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to Omni's clients over the phone, chat, and through ticketing systems.
  • Make outbound phone calls as needed to support client needs.
  • Maintain a quiet and secure work environment during working hours.
  • Ensure all technology and equipment meet the specified requirements for optimal performance.
