We’re seeking an experienced, camera-ready gaming personality who can independently produce high-quality, broadcast-level content from their own studio setup. This role is ideal for a confident on-camera host with a deep understanding of gaming culture and strong technical production capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional on-camera hosting experience in gaming, esports, or gaming media.
• Experience working across platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, digital series, broadcast, or branded content.
• Ability to film yourself independently from start to finish.
• Professional 4K mirrorless or cinema camera setup.
• Broadcast-quality microphone setup, such as XLR or high-end lavalier.
• Three-point lighting setup with a controlled filming environment.
• Access to a dedicated home or professional studio space available for recurring shoots.
• Studio setup that reflects gaming culture with a clean, modern look and subtle RGB or LED elements.
• Strong on-camera presence and comfort speaking directly to an audience.

Nice To Haves

• Teleprompter experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-camera host for gaming-focused video content across digital platforms (YouTube, Twitch, branded content, social, and broadcast).
• Independently film high-quality video segments, reviews, commentary, explainers, and gaming-related features.
• Deliver engaging, polished performances with strong pacing, clarity, and personality.
• Set up, light, frame, record, and monitor shoots without in-person production support.
• Maintain consistent studio-level visual and audio quality across recurring productions.
• Integrate gameplay footage, graphics, or on-screen elements into recordings when required.
• Prepare scripts or talking points in advance; effectively utilize a teleprompter when needed.
• Ensure filming environment reflects gaming culture and aligns with brand standards.
