Requirements

  • Over the age of 18 years old
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • This person must reside within 15-20 minutes from the hospital our team is supportin
  • Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift
  • Possess an active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses).
  • Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
  • Work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet, and continuously learn new software that may be applied to daily tasks
  • Move with urgency and speed to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
  • Work in a standing position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
  • Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effectively build relationships with your team and others in a professional manner
  • Strong ability to perform at a high level of customer service in a physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to walk, stand, push, and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
  • This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
  • Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient’s vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
  • Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service
  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm & friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy to everyone you interact with.
  • Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthen the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
  • Meticulously maintain records, including photos of the vehicle, condition, and other records as needed.
  • Efficiently manage parking logistics, adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.
  • Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
  • Effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team
  • Other duties as assigned.
