About The Position

Basic functions are general building cleaning to include, but not limited to, floors, carpets, walls, ceilings, classrooms, office area and other areas as designated; also responsible for general upkeep of school grounds; works under the direct supervision of the Head Custodian.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning utensils and equipment, especially extractors, buffers, and related cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of proper building cleaning
• Ability to perform minor maintenance repairs as necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt well to various task demands.
