About The Position

The position is part-time and involves being on call as able, with a requirement of 24 hours of on-call time per month. The pay range for this role is $18.50 per hour. The major responsibilities include observing patients in an inpatient setting to ensure their comfort and safety, communicating closely with registered nurses to understand patient needs, and maintaining a safe work environment by following safety policies and standard precautions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Observes patient in inpatient setting to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Communicates closely with the registered nurse to understand the patient's needs, diagnosis, and any special considerations.
• Promptly communicates observations, concerns, and needs of the patient to the registered nurse.
• Ensures patient call light is in reach of patient at all times.
• Maintains a safe work environment; follows organization and department safety policies.
