About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a flexible Part-time Guest Services – Airport Shuttle Driver. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless transition to and from the airport for our VIP guests, corporate leaders, and resort visitors. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule to accommodate early morning and/or late-night transportation needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating company vehicles to transport guests to and from the airport or other requested destinations. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining professionalism and engagement throughout each transfer. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, and special events
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles for airport, resort, and employee housing transportation
Provide exceptional guest service during all transfers
Ensure timely arrivals and departures for guests and employees
Assist with employee transport to and from housing on busy days, holidays, or special events
Be available to pick up or respond to urgent transportation requests as needed
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards
Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and the Guest Services team
