This position serves as a visible deterrent to crime, enforces client rules, and reports suspicious or unsafe activities. Flex Officers play a vital role in maintaining order and protecting client assets. This position also serves as a training and development opportunity for future leadership roles within TRIDENT , as you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of client environments.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior security experience preferred
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Must possess intermediate computer skills
Must be dependable, flexible, and able to work varied shifts
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Must meet all state and local licensing requirements prior to employment
Must possess a valid Alabama Driver's License (driving positions only)
Must have at least one year of driving experience with a clean record
No major driving violations within the past 36 months
No more than one accident or minor violation in the past 24 months
Must maintain required insurance coverage per company policy
Must be available to work multiple shifts per day, up to 7 days per week
Schedule will vary based on business needs and may be posted weekly
Must be available for on-call coverage and able to respond to communication within 30 minutes

Responsibilities

Protect client property and personnel through active patrol and presence
Detect, deter, and report unsafe, suspicious, or criminal activities
Maintain high visibility to discourage rule infractions and unsafe behavior
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and visitors
Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies or crisis situations
Complete detailed incident reports and documentation as required
Operate site-specific security systems and wireless technology
Fill in for open shifts, call-offs, and special projects across multiple sites
Maintain communication via phone or computer and respond promptly to scheduling updates
