A high level of customer service is essential, as the Security Guard will interact with visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming environment. Knowledge of de-escalation techniques is important, and additional training will be provided on-site. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as the Security Guard may need to work evenings, weekends, or holidays for special events.
