We are now accepting applications an On-Call Relief Captain for our upcoming season. The On-Call Relief Captain is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the marina and its associated services. Key responsibilities include: Managing the marina: Overseeing the marina's operations, ensuring all services are running efficiently. Customer service: Providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors. Marine operations: Overseeing marine operations, including vessel maintenance and safety. Emergency response: Being prepared to respond to emergencies and ensure safety. Training and development: Training new staff and ensuring all employees are up-to-date on marina operations. Compliance: Ensuring all operations comply with local regulations and company policies. The On-Call Relief Captain must have a valid marina license, experience in marina operations, and strong leadership skills. They should also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be prepared to handle unexpected situations.
