Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in North Dakota
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience (psychiatric experience preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Comfort working in an environment where residents may exhibit aggressive or acting-out behaviors
- Ability to meet the physical demands required for crisis prevention and intervention

Responsibilities
- Assessing acute and ongoing health needs using a person-centered approach
- Coordinating medical care with physicians, providers, families, and community partners
- Monitoring medications for side effects, effectiveness, and safety
- Maintaining accurate medical records and attending medical appointments
- Providing guidance on preventive care and best health practices
- Reviewing incident reports and contributing to agency health and medical policies
- Promoting autonomy, well-being, and personal growth for individuals served
- Participating in scheduled on-call coverage
