About The Position
Hospice of the West is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
- Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting.
- Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
- Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.
