On Call Recipe Developer The Culinary Center is hiring a flexible, on-call recipe developers to support recipe development and product testing across retail, food service and K-12 initiatives. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both the creative and technical sides of test kitchen responsibilities. This position is an on-call/part time role , ranging from 5 - 15 days/month with no guaranteed hours. Daytime hours are generally 8am – 4:30pm. Work is done on-site at the Culinary Center in Arden Hills, MN. Scheduling is based on project timelines and business needs Pay Rate: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour based on experience.
