About The Position

The On-call Receptionist at Presbyterian Homes & Services - Eaglecrest is responsible for providing excellent customer service and public relations to ensure quality care and services for all customers. This role involves answering and transferring incoming calls, serving as an information resource, and performing various administrative duties as assigned. The position is on-call/casual, allowing for flexible scheduling.

Requirements

  • High school graduate preferred.
  • Three (3) months to twelve (12) months work experience as a receptionist is desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with various office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line phones, postage meter, and fax machines.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
