Requirements
- 2–4 years of previous teaching experience in racquet sports.
- USPTA certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Instruct tennis lessons and clinics for players of all skill levels, from beginner to expert.
- Provide high-quality guest service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and organize guest tournaments.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of tennis courts and equipment.
- Manage and order racquet sports equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Support the overall operations of the Racquet Sports Department.
