About The Position

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, Pool Servers are responsible for arranging seating areas, taking/serving food and beverage orders, and being knowledgeable about all current menu options and beverage lists, and efficiently clearing and restocking items to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our owners and guests.

Requirements

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Previous food and beverage experience, preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire) and Responsible Beverage Service certification.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Wipe down, set up and move all pool deck equipment, when necessary.
• Pick up, stock/restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits, and other items or amenities needed in the area to provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.
• Assist owners and guests with seating, towels, amenities and food and beverage service.
• Describe the selection of menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the point-of-sales system.
• Coordinate food timings.
• Check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order.
• Transport items to the guest in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.
