The On-Call Mailroom Courier is responsible for all transportation of inter-office mail, supplies and other assigned materials on a daily assigned route. As this is an on-call role, this position will not have a set schedule, but will fill in on an as-needed basis. Operate company vehicle while transporting inter-office mail, supplies or other materials to designated destinations. Sort items to be delivered according to delivery route. Schedule FedEx and UPS shipments in timely manner. Represent Land Title professionally in all dealings with outside customers, vendors and the general public. Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide seamless customer service. Actively participate as a team member and provide support to others when necessary. Undertake special delivery trips and errands as needed. Assist with effective Mail Center operations by delivering feedback, implementing and adapting to change, and communicating with others.
