Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) Passion, Mindset, and Innovation Set Us Apart Telecare behavioral health program is a 24/7, Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crisis. MCRT is creating an opportunity for Clinicians, Case Manager Master's, and Certified Peer Supports to intervene in a unique way that has never been done before in our system of care. This program collaborates and accepts referrals from the Access and Crisis Line (ACL) and law enforcement. MCRT will offer crisis triage and management, risk assessment, in-person intervention, and case management. Each team will respond to calls from the mobile crisis van to provide services directly in the field. We are building a multi-cultural, multi-racial, multi-generational, and inclusive team to help those in need. We will redefine the way we respond to our community members and their families when they are vulnerable and suffering from a mental health crisis and/or drug/alcohol use. Ready to make a difference? The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator's Office, Public Guardian's Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers. As part of the San Diego Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) the Clinician provides onsite crisis response and collaborates as needed with other emergency response teams. Shifts Available: On-Call | Shifts and days vary as needed Expected starting wage range is $60.90 - $75.23.â¯Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.⯠The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.⯠Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Requirements
- A Master's Degree in Social Sciencesâ¯or related field
- Current licensure or registration with CA BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC
- Two (2) years of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.â¯(weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
Responsibilities
- The Clinician provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program.
