About The Position

Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their on-call program. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and guaranteed hours, allowing caregivers to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors in Boston. Caregivers will provide high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining flexibility in their schedules, with guaranteed weekly hours and compensation for availability, regardless of shift assignments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA or CNA in a similar role.
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Current BLS/CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
  • Must pass a criminal background check, physical (including TB, Varicella, MMR) and a 4-panel drug test (No THC testing).
  • Smartphone and email access for work communications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and kitchen clean-up.
  • Offer daily living support such as laundry, grocery shopping, light cleaning, and other household tasks.
  • Document all incidents, injuries, or changes in participants' conditions and communicate them to your supervisor.
  • Respond promptly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.
