Sound is growing and we are hiring a registered nurse in Seattle, WA! Sound is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations. A central tenet of our work is Reaching Recovery, an evidence-based clinical care model. We are welcoming a nurse to our clinical team in the Northgate neighborhood. This nurse will evaluate clients' health care needs, monitor and/or administer medications, coordinate and track medical issues for clients, refer/accompany clients to appropriate medical resources within and outside the agency. The nurse participates in a multi-disciplinary team and will have the primary responsibility of delivering quality nursing care in an on-call capacity to support nursing coverage in an outpatient clinic setting. The nurse will evaluate clients' health care needs, monitor and/or administer medications, coordinate and track medical issues for clients. Sound team members are focused on demonstrating compassion, patience, and understanding when treating clients. This float position will work throughout various Sound offices to provide coverage for shortages as well as providing additional support with other assigned duties.
