About The Position

Description Transport employees and guests from one location to another in a safe manner. Ability to identify destination locations, communicate changes in transportation requests to Client Services Manager, assist passengers in and out of the vehicle with their luggage, and ensure the vehicle is clean and in good operating condition. Responsibilities Must be able to perform all essential functions corresponding to routine department including but not limited to: 24/7 Availability to transport Dow employees and guests Pick up and return leased vehicles in good condition May perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience Minimum of 3-5 years previous related experience A valid driver’s license with a chauffeur’s endorsement Safe driving record Able to handle a variety of personalities and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills Strong oral communication skills Safe driving abilities Customer Focus Navigation Skills Effective communication Time management Alertness Decision-making Salary Range Language: The expected rate for this position ranges from $16.5 to $17.5 hourly. The actual hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the hourly rate and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
