Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of experience in banquet service or a related field.
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
- Successful completion of alcohol awareness training.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
- Adhere to all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Perform pre-bussing duties throughout the dining experience.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet functions as needed.
