What You’ll Do: Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Assist with daily living, skill-building, and personal care Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment Work as part of a compassionate, collaborative team What You Need: Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly This position requires proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the language effectively. Important Notes: On-Call positions are temporary and do not include state benefits. Flexible scheduling – a great fit for students, retirees, or anyone needing work/life balance. On-Call positions are required to work a minimum of 32 hours per month. 16 of those hours will be required on the weekend, which falls between 2:30pm on Friday and 6:45am on Monday morning. Wages: Developmental Technician I (Part Time/On-Call) - $15.769/hour

Requirements
