Within our Corporate facilities team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a On-call Custodian to move our organization to an even larger level of dairy ingredient and nutrition growth! Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Experience performing both general and detailed office cleaning.
The ability to read, write, and understand English.
Comfortable operating cleaning equipment and machines.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in corporate offices or similar professional settings.
Certifications or additional training related to custodial or janitorial work.
Familiarity with safely using industrial-strength cleaning products.
A commitment to building a safe, clean, and inviting environment for employees and visitors!

Responsibilities

Clean all shared spaces including reception, lobby, hallways, break rooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and restrooms to keep our building welcoming and fresh!
Maintain individual offices and workstations, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Use company equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, sanitize fixtures, polish mirrors, and dust surfaces.
Respond to requests from different departments with a helpful and supportive approach.
Carefully follow safety procedures when using cleaning supplies and equipment.
Report any safety concerns or broken equipment promptly to your manager.
Secure the building at the end of shifts, including activating alarms and locking doors.
Participate in special projects and assist maintenance staff as needed to meet project timelines.
Occasionally assist with exterior cleaning responsibilities to maintain the entire facility’s appearance.
Collaborate with colleagues throughout the day while contributing to a friendly and inclusive environment!
Build positive relationships across teams while supporting a safe and comfortable workplace for everyone!
