About The Position
Overview Location: 65 N 1150 Hurricane, Utah 84737 (On-Site) On-Call: We are looking for someone who is looking for a position with flexible hours, looking to pick up shifts when available! Kitchen hours open Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 7:00pm Saturday - Sunday: 8:00am - 7:00pm Do you love to cook independently for small personalized groups? Are you looking to have your cooking skills taken to the next level and create a meaningful impact? Then we have the right job for you! Join us at Embark Hurricane! Embark's Stabilization and Assessment program is a residential treatment center dedicated to highly acute adolescents. The program specializes in the stabilization and assessment of adolescent boys ages 12 to 17 and their families.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of cooking experience.
- A current Food Handler's Permit, and a valid Driver's License.
- Knowledge of health codes and proper sanitation.

Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for the duration of your shift, including breakfast, lunch, or dinner for clients and staff.
- Prepare mid-meal snacks, ensuring food is always readily available.
- Assist in food preparation and storage.
- Oversee the overall cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the kitchen.
- Prepare food ahead of time for the following day's menu.
