The On-Call Concierge at Hope Lodge is the frontline ambassador for our guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Responsible for managing the front desk operations, the Concierge’s dedication to customer service, attention to detail and ability to multitask contributes to creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests. This is a part-time Concierge opening at our Hope Lodge facility in Tampa, FL. This individual will be offered shifts based on business needs that will typically entail working less than 20 hours/week and will not be benefits eligible. Pay rate: $18.59.
