This is a professional position for experienced caregivers who can cover shifts, support our care team, and ensure clients always receive timely, compassionate care. Why You’ll Love It: Higher Pay for Callouts: $22/hr when covering last-minute shifts ($18/hr for picking up other shifts whenever you want) Daily Stipend: $60 per on-call day , $5/hr (7AM–7PM) whether you’re called in or not Variety & Growth: Work with different clients, train caregivers, and build leadership skills Career Investment: Paid training, continuing education allowance ($300/year) Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile between clients. Requirements

  • Be available for the entirety of the on-call shift 7am-7pm and be able to reach the clients within 1 hour
  • Current CNA license in Pennsylvania OR at least 4 years of HHA experience
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work with any client across our service area of Montgomery County

Responsibilities

  • Be available to cover open shifts and client needs during your on-call hours
  • Take initial shifts with new clients to ensure smooth introductions and care transitions
  • Provide support and training to caregivers in the field when needed
  • Observe clients for care changes, document updates, and communicate with the Client Care Coordinator
  • Build relationships with caregivers and clients, reinforcing trust and stability
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions (HIPAA compliant)
