· Prepare all dressings and cold sauces. · Ensure quality guest service and comfort at all times by monitoring the area continuously. · Have a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, etc. · Serve all items utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnish, and condiments. · Assist servers and set up housepersons if needed. · Immediately relay all guest complaints and compliments to management. · Maintain health and sanitation standards. · Maintain safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages · Assist in setting tables with linen and basic silver and glass maintaining high standard of presentation · Assist in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions
