About The Position

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
Previous experience a plus
The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional food and beverage service and exude a passion for events
Ensures complete accuracy of banquet set-up per the BEO including tables, linen, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, food and bar stations, and miscellaneous décor
Help set up breaks, buffets, drink stations, etc
Responsible for helping refresh meeting rooms for next day
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Assist in breakdown of events including clearing and storing banquet tables, cleaning service stations, bringing used glassware and cutlery to the dishwasher, etc.
