That is the DataBank difference. We're excited to announce the opportunity for an OnBase Upgrade Technician to join our Professional Services Team! The Upgrade Technician is responsible for performing OnBase system upgrades as a customer facing professional service. OnBase is an enterprise business application that is broadly used for capturing, storing and managing business content. OnBase is highly customizable and often mission critical, and upgrading to recent versions helps our clients keep up on current technologies, keeps their data more secure, and allows them to enhance their solution with the latest enhancements. An Upgrade Technician will perform all technical tasks related to upgrading the client's OnBase system, including database schema upgrades, web and application server upgrades, and component upgrades. This is a technical role, but customer facing, and will require the ability to provide excellent customer service and work with a team, as well as the ability to troubleshoot.
