About The Position

We're looking for a creative and energetic On-Air Personality & Social Media Influencer who knows how to command attention behind the mic and behind the screen. You'll be delivering compelling on-air segments while building and maintaining a strong online presence.

Requirements

• Proven on-camera experience as a host, presenter, influencer, or content creator across platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, TV, radio, or livestreaming)
• Strong social media presence with a demonstrated ability to grow and engage an online audience
• Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to think quickly on your feet during live or recorded segments
• Charismatic and authentic personality that resonates with a target audience
• Comfortable with live broadcasting, including handling unexpected situations smoothly
• Experience producing and creating content, either independently or as part of a team (e.g., scripting, planning, directing, etc.)
• Knowledge of social trends, pop culture, and current events relevant to the target audience or brand
• Basic video editing and post-production skills or working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps
• Ability to collaborate with producers, brands, and marketing teams to meet campaign and messaging goals

Responsibilities

• Host pre-recorded radio segments
• Bring a unique voice and personality to on-air content
• Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, videos, lives, etc.)
• Grow and interact with our digital audience across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.)
• Contribute ideas for promotions, interviews, and show features
• Attend station and community events as needed
