Omnichannel Data Solutions Intern - Summer 2026
About The Position
Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions. Session 1: May 27 - August 14 Session 2: June 17 - September 4 We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Omnichannel team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including an LLM virtual agent and Five9, a cloud-based telephony platform. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, AI solutions, and the full development life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Following established development and documentation best practices
- Analyzing datasets to extract meaningful insights, identify patterns, and propose enhancement opportunities
- Assisting in research related to AI solutions within the Omnichannel platforms
- Assisting in identifying use cases related to our LLM virtual agent
