As an Omnichannel Customer Manager II, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic digital marketing initiatives tailored to our Omnichannel retail partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in extending our in-store strategies seamlessly to the digital shelf, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience across channels. With a strong foundation in digital shelf best practices and a keen digital acumen, you'll lead the charge in directing and coordinating strategic digital marketing activities. From syndication to search, analytics to display, and merchandising, you'll serve as the center of excellence for all things digital commerce. You will work closely with the field sales team to develop annual plans that incorporate digital marketing and selling opportunities, aiming to achieve sales growth targets. Additionally, you will independently identify opportunities for optimization with your retailer and across the omnichannel landscape, ensuring that leadership and key stakeholders are consistently informed of progress and insights.
