The Opportunity This Omni Marketing Manager position works out of our Bentonville, AR location in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, and Glucerna® – to help them get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest lives. Omni Marketing Manager, Walmart & Sam’s Club, is responsible for helping the Abbott brands create demand and retain shoppers by leading the development and management of omnichannel shopper marketing programs. These programs will influence Walmart & Sam’s Club shopper behavior along the path to purchase to drive category/store demand. This role is also responsible for partnering with Sales to support the development and execution of Trade Marketing promotions/in-store features at Walmart and Sam’s Club. This individual will partner with their Sales counterpart, Shopper Insights teams, Brand Marketing teams, and agencies to assist in the development of the integrated Joint Business Plans. They will ensure strategic alignment between our consumers, shoppers, customers, and the Abbott Brands’ objectives.
