The Omni-Channel Shopper Strategist is a mid- to senior-level role designed for someone passionate about how people shop, discover, and purchase across today’s retail and digital ecosystem. This role isn’t just about strategy on paper — it’s about forging connections between consumer insight, shopper behavior, and path-to-purchase execution that deliver measurable results. You’ll lead omni-channel journey mapping, retail media planning, and shopper activation strategies, uncover insights from shopper and consumer data, and collaborate across creative, media, PR, and account teams to ensure programs are grounded in real consumer behavior and retailer realities. Equal parts strategist, storyteller, and mentor, you’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable plans while coaching a junior strategist and ensuring client programs influence shoppers from awareness to conversion to loyalty.
