Come for a JOB, stay for a CAREER. This Omelet Cook position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for the hotel's complimentary breakfast offering. They are responsible for making omelets and eggs to guest order specifications. This is a guest facing position and will require a positive attitude. Assisting the breakfast team with cleanliness, ordering, preparing inventory and any food preparation needed. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergies cross contamination.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the kitchen and prep areas are set up and stocked.
• Prepare meals in a timely and professional manner.
• Compiling and assessing inventory, report discrepancies to management.
• Maintaining and following all health and safety guidelines.
