The Omega Watchmaker position at Swatch Group involves a comprehensive role in the servicing and repair of watches, particularly focusing on the Omega brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for full service on movements, which includes dismantling, replacing or fixing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, and conducting rate checks and adjustments. The role requires the ability to perform technical repairs according to the guidelines established by the brand, ensuring that all repairs meet the high standards expected by customers. The watchmaker will analyze and make decisions to define the proper methodology for repairing movements, utilizing or developing adequate tools and processes to address any issues that may arise during the repair process. In addition to technical skills, the watchmaker will work in coordination with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations, which includes maintaining equipment and tools and ordering necessary consumables. The position requires a focus on customer service, ensuring that all required services for the customer are completed and that the watch is ready to wear upon completion of the service. The watchmaker will report directly to the Workshop Manager and will be part of a dynamic and growing team, contributing to the overall success of the workshop.
