About The Position

Responsible for providing exceptional hosting services, as well as preparing the guests' tables to maximize guest satisfaction and a quality of work environment.

Responsibilities

Greets and seats all guests according to established procedures.
Clears, cleans, and prepares tables for guests.
Maintains supportive technology (telephone, headsets, electronic devices) by charging as needed, strong correctly and reports problems and low inventory as occurs.
Acknowledges guests entering and leaving restaurants and establishes a positive first and last impression.
Conveys strong communication skills both in person and on the phone.
Portrays and exemplary image.
Knows and understands guest check procedures.
Keeps the host area, wait area, and restrooms clean, organized, and supplied and help clean dining area.
Exhibits a positive attitude.
Performs other duties as assigned.
