About The Position

The Senior Learning Product Manager at Oliver Wyman is responsible for overseeing the development and impact of a comprehensive portfolio of learning products for firm service employees. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to align business and talent priorities, identify learning needs, and enhance learning interventions that cater to professionals at all levels. The position requires a strong focus on measuring outcomes and adapting strategies to ensure effective learning experiences across the organization.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business, organizational development, design, human resources, finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, talent management, organizational development, strategic consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience translating business requirements to talent and development solutions, including conducting needs analysis and creating learning strategies.
  • Effectively leads complex problem solving with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including relationship building and influence.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of products.
  • Compelling communicator and trust builder with senior executives, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for learning and development, with a deep understanding of current trends and innovations in the profession.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build alignment, excitement, and trust with senior stakeholders through end-to-end accountability for solving business problems.
  • Independently align our learning strategy to business and talent priorities for a specific population or set of skills, leading a complex portfolio end-to-end.
  • Lead complex initiatives with large impact for the organization, often in partnership with the business or other functions.
  • Independently conduct comprehensive, insightful needs analysis among internal employees to identify learning gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Develop expertise on relevant subject matter, including curation and co-creation based on internal and external perspectives.
  • Lead collaboration with subject matter experts, department heads, and designers to define learning goals and create effective learning strategies.
  • Independently develop and maintain a roadmap for the creation and enhancement of learning products and solutions.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of learning products to measure their impact and effectiveness.
  • Bring forth industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning design and delivery to enhance learning interventions.
  • Lead proactive collaborations with consulting and human capital teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
