About The Position
Executes work stream(s) from start to finish, including structuring and solving problems, synthesizing and communicating insights / recommendations and work planning. Develops research and analysis plans for themselves and more junior consultants, selecting appropriate paths and identify key hypotheses. Often directs the work of one or more junior consultants, and starts to become the 'go-to' person for the client on specific topics, shifting focus towards people and client management. Writes and verbally communicates well, showing a strong grasp of the big picture and articulating their point of view well with compelling and logical communications. Often leads firm building activities within their office.
