OLED Industrial Engineering Co-op (Summer) 2026
About The Position
Interested in a growing Rochester-based global company in the business of manufacturing Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) devices for the lighting, automotive, and display industries? We are seeking co-op students who are looking to gain hands-on experience and learn about OLED Technology. We offer students the opportunity to work in a flexible and energetic environment, learning alongside a fantastic group of innovators! The work during your co-op experience may include process optimization, continuous improvement activities, tooling and fixture fabrication & testing, data collection & analysis, developing safety and quality systems and documentation, and working closely with design and/or manufacturing engineers. At the end of your co-op block you should leave with an enhanced understanding of OLED technology and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- You are comfortable working independently as well as coordinating with others and your ability to problem solve is a must.
- You can adapt within a changing and growing company environment and seek out solutions with a positive outlook.
- You are detail oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work on various projects within different scopes of work.
Nice To Haves
- Ideally, you are working towards a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
