About The Position

The Restaurant Manager at Old Homestead Restaurant in Borgata is responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading the Restaurant Service team to achieve operational and financial goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent F&B management experience.
  • 2+ years of prior F&B experience.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including fiscal budgets and labor productivity.
  • Schedule staff and manage inventory control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure high guest service standards and execute marketing strategies for profitability.
  • Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any complaints.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team for seamless service between kitchen and dining room.
  • Implement policies, operating procedures, and training programs for restaurant staff.
  • Maintain knowledge of food & beverage products, menu items, and equipment.
